About

Sarah Wright

I currently work for Herts Ability undertaking seating, wheelchair and Occupational Therapy Home visit assessments as well as  assessment and driving assessments.  I qualified in 2008 as an Occupational Therapist.  Whilst I studied on a four year part time course I remained working for Hertfordshire Neurological Service (Then known as Holywell Rehabilitation Unit) and also had the pleasure of having my two children.   Prior to and since qualifying I have gained experience in many areas which has helped me with my occupational analysis of the individuals whose journeys I have had the privilege of being a part of.

My love of Aromatherapy has been with me since 1998 when I first met Gabriel Mojay renowned author and Aromatherapist.   My recent studies with the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy have enabled me to finally become a qualified Aromatherapist as  my two children and qualifying as an Occupational Therapist had until now interrupted my studies.

Tai Chi QiGong has always been an interest as I have always wondered how much power and energy can be placed through our limbs with the ease that such martial art practitioners undertake.  I had the good fortune to meet Rosemary Smith who is a Physiotherapist and Tai Chi instructor in 2008 and then refreshed my passion for this ancient art form with Debbie and Mark Gannon at the Shibashi Training Academy in 2018.
